Why does movement feel reversed?
The main view is non-mirrored, so it may initially feel unfamiliar. Hold the lower-right Hold to Locate control to use the familiar mirrored view. Release it to return to Others' View.
How does the small window work?
The movable picture-in-picture window keeps the opposite perspective visible. Drag it anywhere within the screen or tap its close button. Hold to Locate again to bring it back.
How do I use face guides?
Tap Guides, align your nose with the center line, and compare both brows and your facial outline against the horizontal guides. They are visual references only—not medical advice, face analysis, or a beauty judgment. The guides are not saved in photos.
Why is the camera black?
Open iOS Settings, find RuShi Camera, and make sure Camera access is enabled. Then fully close and reopen the app. The front camera is required for the live mirror.
Why did my photo not save?
Open iOS Settings, find RuShi Camera, and allow it to add photos. Photo permission is requested only when you press the shutter.
Privacy
The live camera view stays on your device. There is no account, cloud upload, advertising, analytics, tracking, face recognition, or biometric processing.
